Do you accept return for exchange?

Yes we accept returns and send exchange products as per customer requirement.

Do you accept return for refund?

Yes we accept returns and refund money on customer request.

How long it will take to get refund?

It is mandatory to return product first to our nearest warehouse. Once product reached our warehouse we will immediately issue refund to customer.

How long it will take to get exchange product?

It is mandatory to return current product to our nearest warehouse. Once it reach there we will process order for exchange product and it will reach customer in 7-9 working days.

Who will bare return shipping charges?

Customer will bare return shipping charges when they order wrong product and wrong size for them selves.

Company will only reimburse return shipping charges when customer will get defected product or product missed promise date.

Do I need to pay delivery charges for exchange product?

No, customer no need to pay delivery charges for exchange products. We will bare that liability from our pocket.

In what cases you deny to accept returns?

We deny to accept products when it return after wearing , all tags were removed and product return in damage condition.

Does Custom products are eligible for return or exchange?

Custom products are specially made for one customer after getting all required details. This product won’t sale to any other customer so we can’t accept return on custom made to order products.
